James has worked with in both corporate and family run agencies for the past ten years, he has fantastic local knowledge and whilst he resides in Harrogate he is originally a Ripon Grammar School boy. James has a great passion for the business and is very enthusiastic about the future of Oliver James. In his spare time he is a great lover of sport and has played cricket to a county level. He also enjoys motorsport he is an avid support of the Isle of Man TT and Irish motorbike road races. James has made himself available at all times to his clients and is happy to speak 24/7.

Matthew Hornby
Matthew has a long and successful background in Sales and Lettings and having worked for other Agents in the town, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experince to the team. He has been handed the task of heading up and building the Oliver James Lettings and Managament Department, which so far he has done very succesfully. We have high expectations of Matthew and we believe he is the perfect man for the job. A Harrogate lad born and bred Matthew, not unlike James, has a passion for motorbikes and all things fast. In his spare time he also enjoys spending time with friends and family and socialising in Harrogate. Matthew is also readily available to speak to his clients 24/7.

Oliver although young brings an enthusiastic approach to the office. Starting with us in September 2011 Oliver has slotted into the team like he has been here for 10 years. He is an avid Arsenal fan and enjoys going to the gym and socialising in his spare time.
Merilyn Holbrough
Merilyn works for Oliver James on a Part time basis and is a key member of the team. She has previously owned and sold her own succesful estate agency in Scarborough. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
